Paula is offering a range of holistic treatments at Hurst Health Hub in Hurstpierpoint, in addition to the lovely therapies already on offer there. She has been working as a complimentary therapist for nine years and have really enjoyed making a difference to her clients’ wellbeing during this time, helping them relax and de-stress. She started off with a Reflexology course at Brighton City College and have added different therapies over the years. She has also enjoyed volunteering at The Macmillan Horizon Centre in Brighton and currently work as a therapist in various care and learning disabilities homes in the local area.
She enjoys tailoring her treatments to to her clients’ needs and offer a combination of therapies that work well together. She will be offering the following at The Hurst Health Hub:

Caroline trained in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Massage at the School of Classical Massage, Brighton in the early 2000's and has worked in New Zealand and the UK. With an interest in working with clients suffering from stress, anxiety and chronic illness, she uses a tailored approach to help the individual. She has also supported a number of women throughout their pregnancies and postnatally.
Caroline believes in empowering individuals to embark on a transformative journey towards optimal health.
