Paula studied Reflexology at Brighton Met, qualifying in 2015 and has since gained valuable experience helping a variety of people with a range of relaxing treatments. Since qualifying in Reflexology and seeing the many benefits of this therapy, she went on to study other therapies: Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling, Natural Lift Facial Massage, Facial Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology and as a Baby Massage and Reflexology Instructor. 

She continues to find it rewarding seeing clients benefit from the stress relief and deep relaxation brought by her treatments and adapts each session to meet my client’s need. Paula also works locally in care and learning disability homes providing massage and reflexology sessions and has previously volunteered at Macmillan’s Horizon Centre in Brighton to add to her experience.

Paula is offering a range of holistic treatments and has been working as a holistic therapist since 2015, qualifying in Reflexology at Brighton Met. Since that time she has found it rewarding and enjoyable making a difference to her clients’ wellbeing by helping them relax and de-stress in a calm environment. She has also volunteered at Brighton Macmillan Horizon Centre and currently works at local care and learning disability homes providing massage and reflexology.
